Definitions of Plumbing Services


In case of an Emergency

  1. Turn off the water/gas to the particular fixture or turn off the water/gas main to your home.
  2. Call our office

    If you call after hours our automated phone Service will prompt you for the necessary information which will then be forwarded on to out on call service technician. This will eliminate considerable delay and inconvenience for you.

Residential Warranty Service

Defects in plumbing during applicable warranty period, defects in manufacturers products during applicable warranty period for plumbing only (not manufacturers warranty) Warranty work is only applicable to homes that Wilbur plumbing has plumbed within the last year. Please contact your builder first to verify warranty period and to notify them of any issues.

Residential Non-Warranty Service

For jobs that we did not originally work on and/or, where the applicable warranty coverage has expired, damage caused by the owner due to misuse, improper maintenance, items installed by owner or other subcontractor before, during or after completion of job, work that is past the warranty date (please check with your builder, most of our work is covered under a standard 12 mos. warranty), damage caused by nature, froze & broke piping (caused by misuse on behalf of the builder and/or owner)

Commercial Warranty Service

Defects in plumbing systems during applicable warranty period, defects in manufacturers products during applicable warranty period for plumbing only (not manufacturers warranty) Warranty work is only applicable to projects that Wilbur plumbing has plumbed within the last year.

Commercial Non-Warranty Service
