You helped us develop and maintain a building schedule that allowed us to make-up the 2-1/2 months that we were delayed by permitting and site work. Walbridge Aldinger In leading the plumbing portion Of the work, Brad provided the knowledge, skill and experience necessary to build the spaces as designed and to overcome the numerous "existing conditions" and obstacles that often plague a ronovation project of this type. Brad was Invaluable in resolving all of these issues as well as providing numerous cost saving and value engineering solutions during the course of this project, including coordination problems withother trades.
